The Shure BLX88 Dual-Channel Wireless Receiver provides reliable UHF wireless audio performance designed for use with Shure BLX transmitters. This tabletop receiver supports two simultaneous transmitters, making it ideal for dual handheld, lavalier, headset, or instrument wireless setups within the Shure BLX series. The receiver features QuickScan frequency selection, which automatically identifies a clean RF channel to help reduce interference during setup. Microprocessor-controlled antenna diversity helps maintain stable wireless reception in live performance environments. The BLX88 offers two balanced XLR outputs and two 1/4-inch outputs for connection to mixers, PA systems, and other audio equipment. Under typical conditions, the system supports wireless operation up to 300 ft (91 m) line-of-sight and allows up to 12 compatible systems per frequency band. Designed with Shure’s professional wireless engineering, the BLX88 delivers dependable wireless audio performance for stage events, houses of worship, presentations, and conference environments.
